Our Core Principle
MatchDesi is a friendship platform — not a dating or adult services platform. Every interaction should be based on genuine mutual interest in friendship, learning, or shared activities. Any attempt to use MatchDesi for escort services, sexual solicitation, or romantic scams will result in immediate and permanent removal.
Do
- Be genuine — represent yourself honestly
- Be respectful and kind in all interactions
- Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviour
- Respect others' boundaries and decisions
- Meet in public places when meeting offline
- Build friendships based on shared interests
Don't
- Solicit escort, sexual, or romantic services
- Send unsolicited explicit content
- Create fake profiles or impersonate others
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Spam users with repetitive messages
- Share personal details of other users
- Use the platform for commercial solicitation
- Engage in fraudulent or scam activities
Reporting & Enforcement
If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it using the Flag button on any profile or message. Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Enforcement steps:
- Warning issued for minor first violations
- Temporary suspension for repeated violations
- Permanent ban for serious violations (escort solicitation, fraud, harassment)
- Human review before any permanent action
- Appeals available within 30 days via appeals@matchdesi.com
We do NOT auto-delete accounts based solely on user reports. All serious cases undergo human review to reduce false positives.
Age Requirement
MatchDesi is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately and permanently deleted.
