Terms of Service

By accessing or using MatchDesi.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchDesi.

MatchDesi is strictly a friendship, hobby, and social networking platform. It is NOT a dating or romantic matchmaking service. Users seeking romantic relationships, escorts, or sexual services will be immediately banned.

You agree to use the Platform only for genuine friendship, learning, networking, and social activities as described in our Community Guidelines.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of information in your profile
• Your interactions with other users, both online and offline
• Your personal safety when meeting other users in person
• Any content you post, share, or communicate on the Platform
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at safety@matchdesi.com.

MatchDesi does NOT conduct criminal background checks on users. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information. Exercise the same caution you would with any stranger when meeting people from the internet. Always meet in public places and inform someone you trust of your plans.

Points purchased on MatchDesi have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts. Unused points may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Points used for platform actions are non-refundable. MatchDesi reserves the right to modify point prices and values with 30 days notice.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Solicit escort services, prostitution, or sexual activities
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassment
• Impersonate other people or create fake profiles
• Share explicit sexual content
• Conduct scams or fraudulent activities
• Violate the privacy or rights of other users
• Engage in commercial solicitation without authorization

MatchDesi may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Serious violations (fraud, harassment, escort solicitation) result in permanent bans. All terminations go through a human review process. You may appeal bans within 30 days by emailing appeals@matchdesi.com.

MatchDesi is not liable for any disputes, damages, or harm arising from user interactions, offline meetings, or content shared on the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for Platform services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
