Refund Policy
Transparent and fair. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Point Purchases
Points purchased on MatchDesi can be refunded under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund if fewer than 20% of purchased points have been used.
- Partial use: Pro-rata refund for unused points within 14 days.
- After 14 days: No refunds on unused points except in exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Used points: Points already spent on platform actions (friend requests, boosts) are non-refundable.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated by MatchDesi for violations of our Terms of Service, no refund is provided for remaining points.
If you believe your account was wrongfully terminated, contact appeals@matchdesi.com within 30 days.
How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@matchdesi.com with your account email and purchase date
- State the reason for the refund request
- Our billing team will respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and appear in 5–10 business days
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate. We encourage you to reach out directly — we're here to help resolve any billing issues quickly.
